RE Villas Electric Bill Charges Question - Great question, too bad nobody else is asking that. My understanding is they are mostly for either green scam program funding or for welfare type program funding. My guess is the overhead and management on those programs is enormous and very little real benefit is derived from them. There should be two charges. Cost to generate and cost to distribute, full stop. If they want to fund the other programs, then take it to the legislature and let them fund it. This is just an easy run around for an administration to get funding without asking.
