Re: To the spouter who is tired of the Cape Tech spouts. I’m sure there are kids that are happy there. Just as there are kids who are happy at Middle & Lower. From what I have read here in spout off is that Tech stated on a downward spiral when the BOE tried to privatized all the custodians. Then the new superintendent took over and many retired, got let go, or resigned. Now someone is obviously upset about the BOE and administrators salaries. Safe to say there is more than one unhappy spouter. Why do you even care spouter they have every right to exercise their freedom of speech!
