Airbnb's are popular here and all over the civilized world. Many people prefer them over hotels, etc. and the fact that you bought a home near the beach makes them even more popular. One additional note. Short term renters are so much better than year rounders. Count your blessings. In your area, observe the condition of Airbnb properties and year-round rentals.
