Sea Isle is absolutely nothing like Avalon, Stone Harbor or my town of Cape May. As far as your comment "blue collar" you may want to check your fire! Blue collar trades keep your town running. Try living without heat, a/c, electric, plumbing, chefs, housekeepers, etc. Your so-called "utopia" would not exist. Get over yourself. Blue collar workers are worth their weight in gold...everywhere.
