Re: The Lower Township comment to the Mayor and Council on long term vs short term rentals and you feel the community is losing out because of the short-term rentals. We have experienced both and the long-term rentals were a nightmare. They did not take care of our properties, and one too many times we had the Sheriff remove the tenants for not paying the rent. Our short-term renters are perfect tenants. No problems ever and our neighbors are happy as well. The long-term renters ruined it for themselves. Realty offices prefer the short-term rentals too. It is a win win for everyone.
