Re: The Lower Township comment on "grey haired" people breaking the speed limit (15 MPH) on the road to Douglass Park. While we are on the subject of Douglass Park, most drivers break that posted speed limit and along the way toss their fast-food containers, beer cans, bottles and cigarette butts from their speeding vehicles too. And let's not forget the sweet smell of pot coming from the usual suspects parked there too. Maybe because they are "stoned" while driving, they commit the above mentioned. By the way, I walk that road daily and "know the drill". Leave the older folks alone.
