Here's a thought to play Devils advocate. If there wasn't decorations there in the first place, why would we need a "Trash bag"? If people didn't LITTER in the first place, we wouldn't have to clean it up. I personally like the decorations, but the old saying is, "clean up YOUR mess". I've seen decorations there till Easter!
