Re: Middle Township spouter you are correct regarding local schools (Middle & Cape Tech) not hiring enough minorities. Both schools tend to hire friends and family, few minorities, and hiring transplants from Pennsylvania. I work in local schools and have witnessed the way hiring is not equal opportunity.
