RE: Lower reps. unhappy about the lax juvenile laws. There is truth to the Dems being the ones who caused the problem. However there ARE laws on the books that allow for the seizure of the ATVs and dirtbikes these kids are illegally riding around and it doesn't require chasing them because everyone knows who the are. Just sit nearby the houses and wait for them to illegally ride up and into their driveway, then confiscate them. These kids ride between LT and Whitesboro with impunity. 1 kid killed in LT wasn't enough, apparently. THIS isn't Trenton's fault- its lack of ENFORCEMENT.
