I personally know multiple landlords who rent exclusively to long-term residents, some of whom have offered rent-to-own opportunities, and who’ve done so successfully for decades with a community mindset. Cape May County has never had a surplus of long-term housing, and large-scale short-term rental platforms have only reduced what little was available
