RE: ICE agent shooting the woman in Minnesota. This is something the media seems to have missed, the officer fired his gun in the line of fire of another ICE agent who was standing next to her car and another agent a few feet away from him. Also, there were other bystanders in the general vicinity. His bullets could have ricocheted or passed through and struck any one of those people nearby or he could’ve missed his target entirely and shot someone else. Every firearms instructor tells their students to be sure of your target and beyond. He clearly did not follow those instructions.
