RE: Cape May spouter and the smell of pot. I just cannot figure out why my right to not be exposed to the smell and smoke in public is ignored. Bike path, streets, boardwalk, beach and yes, the sad people sitting in their cars at Walmart or Acme. Oh right, it makes money for towns, cities and the state. Who cares about health?
