Raven Rock - "I agree with a spouter from Rio Grande concerning handicap placards/tags! I see many people parking in handicap spaces who appear perfectly fine. Handicap parking was put into place with good intentions of helping handicapped people. Why do people in this country find a way to corrupt and abuse everything?" Not all handicaps are visible. Just because someone "appears perfectly fine" does not mean they are.
