Modest homes built for the war heroes like my grandparents coming home from said war. The developer had low cost in mind for them returning home And the familys they eventually made. You know the ones that are still around family because it’s important . The ones shoveling snow for their elderly right now. fast forward to the retirement city attitude that attacks anything here.
