Property Owners of Avalon/Stone Harbor: Just because you own a house on a street does NOT mean that you own the street parking. They are public streets and you can whine and complain all you want but you CANNOT force people to move from their parking spots (especially when the ENTIRE street is empty and it’s the off season??) the entitlement is insane here!!
