Please stop walking your dogs between 10 am and 5 pm! Do you have any clue how hot that pavement is? Take off your shoes and socks and walk barefoot on the hot top and tell me it doesn't burn. Common sense people! If you wouldn't leave a dog in a hot car stop dragging it down the smoldering hot street, or worse tethering it to your bicycle while the poor thing gasps for air and it's tongue flaps around. It is far too hot for animals to be out there pounding the pavement in the heat of the day.
