With the flood of folks leaving Avalon, teardown of homes the likes I have never seen before here. Moving vans from north Jersey and more pigeons than seagulls , Avalon is dead. 1892 to 2021. It was a great place once. Now Pigeontown, Condolon or Sea Isle , no that's taken, will be the new name.
