I agree with a spouter who owns a second home and not having the right to vote. If you own property anywhere, you should have the right to vote and by vote, I mean on local government issues only. Any taxpayer should have a say in how their money is spent by local government. Not national. You only get one vote for national elections, and that's in your primary residence. To me, that only seems fair and just. Laws can be changed and created to allow that to happen. Write your congressman and demand a right to have a say.
