Petersburg - To the Upper spouters regarding ATV riders, YOUR NOT THE ONLY AREA IN THIS WORLD WITH ATV/DIRT BIKE RIDER PROBLEMS. Some areas that have this issue do have their own police department and it's still a problem. Atvs & dirt bikes are quick & small in size making it difficult for the police to catch them. Stop trying to take everyone's fun thing to do away. I'm sure you do things that others don't approve of.
