There is a very big problem with infidelity at the Bayside State

Petersburg - There is a very big problem with infidelity at the Bayside State Prison. I hear so much about the broken marriages and cheating spouses from there. As prior service military and a retired policeman, I know that the moral standard is higher than this. Where is the enforcement of moral code? It used to be that was not only frowned upon but punishable!
