Republican Freeholders Thornton and Hayes had an ad in the Heral

Petersburg - Republican Freeholders Thornton and Hayes had an ad in the Herald Oct. 16 against Democrats Liz Casey and Joyce Gould. It said Casey and Gould are for "a sanctuary state" and "driver's licenses for illegals." You would think the Republican freeholders (one of which has served on the board since 1976) should know by now the county has no control over those things.
