Upper Township needs to present a clear, concise and easily understandable presentation to the taxpayers about how and why they chose the "new" trash collection system. This should include a financial breakdown of the costs, savings and break even time period for the investment. The costs seem to keep mounting and mounting! Where is the data? Also, the local newspapers need to do some investigative journalism, start fact-finding and dig into this!
