People always talk trash about the building and planning dept in wildwood, well I'm a 35 year commercial hvac tech and we had our house raised and I wanted to do most of my own work, when the inspector came out for an inspection, he went over with my wife and I what needs to be filled out on permits for me to do my own work, told us what's allowed and what's not. Was very helpful to us to make the process easy and Lisa at the building and planning dept has been great also getting any other questions answered. Let's say so far its been a breeze working with them on my projects. Thank you all!!
