Parking in Wildwood is $3-5 an hour. Ocean City is $3-4.50. So why are we even talking about dropping ours from $2.50 to $2 when the town needs the money? That money pays for the services residents rely on. And pays for long overdue raises to our hardworking employees. The Chamber doesn’t pay taxes. In fact, they get funding from the borough. It’s time to start making decisions for taxpayers and employees and the good of our town instead of the loudest voice. And maybe stop worrying about whether the Seabillys get a spot on the concert calendar.
