Overdevelopment is out of control everywhere in Cape May County, but it is especially bad in Middle. Cutting down every tree on every acre for houses is doing nothing to make Middle Township a nice place to live. Leusner's fixation on getting ratables in Middle Township is only driving our taxes up, not down. Middle Township needs to retract approvals for all of the recent developments they approved and definitely needs to preserve the 200 some acres off Indian Trail Road. Ryan Homes shouldn't run the Township! We can't just keep building more houses to placate those that want to move here. Any nice place to live stops being a nice place to live once too many people move there! Look at how bad traffic now is in Middle? Middle Township should doing everything possible to stop development from destroying our last pieces of undeveloped land.
