Overdevelopment has destroyed much of the county’s beauty and wildlife habitat. No piece of land is safe from having someone trying to build on it. There’s nothing people won’t destroy if they can make money off it. We don’t need or want a hotel at the ferry property. The open space at the ferry property should stay open space. We don’t need anything new built anywhere in this county. We have enough homes, condos, stores , etc. Any development at this point is overdevelopment. All of the development is driving up taxes and ruining the quality of life in the county.
