Our wonderfully great negotiator (self declared) of a president has shown us that he is actually not capable of negotiating with his own government that his political party is in charge of every facet of. He cannot negotiate with his own American citizens. And he is incapable of negotiations with other governments. So where did the title of the Great Negotiator come from. Certainly not from the proof of that fact.
