What ever happend to accountability?

Other - What ever happend to accountability? All I see, especially in the Spout Off, is people blaming something or someone for their OWN problems. You need an example? The situations in Ocean City & Wildwood on MDW. It's "Democratic Policies from Murphy" instead placing the blame where it belongs: Bad Parenting. And the continuous Spouts blaming Democrats (or Republicans) for YOUR spending habits, i.e. complaining about gas prices while driving a $50,000 vehicle. I have an idea for the Herald: How about renaming Spout Off to "Pass the Buck"?
