Other - How is it that the city of NWW code enforcement officials did not enforce homeowners about removing snow in front of their homes? But, those officials make it a point to take pictures of violations also.the construction enforcers who put stop work orders on some construction. How about homeowners who have dumpsters in the streets but, without a permit. So ,all of the above pick and choose who will get violations and not all. No one is above not complying only if you know the right politican or official
