The Supreme Court didn’t rule directly on birthright citizenship. It ruled that if people want to challenge the President’s orders they can’t just go and cherry pick a district judge to freeze the entire nation and the Presidents action on day one. They’re saying a class action suit is the proper procedure, with due process, instead of one random injunction from a DISTRICT judge that only has power in that district, and does not have power to make a ruling that effects the entire nation. The people of America voted for President Trump. We didn’t all vote for this district judge. Winning.
