The Avalon dunes case was settled with a slap on the wrist. A multi million dollar home was built and they received a two thousand dollar fine and have to make a thirteen thousand dollar contribution. I guess rich people stick together. Hats off to everyone. Like to know where the final inspection was made from? If the inspector saw the sod why was the CO issued or was it just rubber stamped. Not a good look for Avalon!
