One of the most nefarious things that the Trump administration has done to spread fear is to have immigration officers hide their identities. If officers are following the law and behaving in the manner that they are supposed to, there would be no need to hide. The fact that they insist on hiding their identities in order to spread fear and terrorize immigrants is fundamentally opposed to the ethics and values of the nation.
