Okay great, there was a 25 basis point rate cut today. It looks like financial markets are factoring in one or two rate cuts just like this one next year and maybe nothing in 2027. So if you are hoping for much lower rates (4.5% 30 year fixed mortgages!) you may be hoping for something that happens after 2027
