Why is there so much pushback against wind turbine sea floor tes

Ocean View - Why is there so much pushback against wind turbine sea floor testing, and absolutely none about offshore oil exploration? Both use sonic testing possibly harming sea life. Offshore rigs routinely spew leaks of oil and gas into the sea as well. Deep water Horizon was an environmental catastrophe. Yet it’s all anti wind and oil gets a pass.I think it’s the oil companies generating much of the press.
