Who paid for the State Police coverage of the Polar Bear Plunge

Ocean View - Who paid for the State Police coverage of the Polar Bear Plunge in Sea Isle? I counted 11 State Police vehicles going into Sea Isle and on Sea Isle Bvld. My bet is we paid overtime for this protection and not Sea Isle. I also bet no one was arrested for illegal drugs that I saw being used prior to jumping into the ocean. Sea Isle City is more like the old wild west when it comes to illegal activity.
