Under expenditures added to the budget, a resolution was present

Ocean View - Under expenditures added to the budget, a resolution was presented for an expenditure of $149,949 for a new, 10-foot bed dump truck. We would like to think the people in charge of our tax dollars are using it wisely, but this doesn't seem smart. For that money, I could buy three dump trucks and have money left over for a vacation. Someone should bring these people back to this world.
