Ocean View - In support of the editor's note that Dennis Township is part of the court system with Upper Township and Corbin City; in fact, Dennis taxpayers pay hundreds of thousands to fund this shared court. But laws are not enforced uniformly and vary by what ordinances are on the books for each municipality. Some of this disparity in the laws is quite contentious for Dennis homeowners. An example is an Upper nuisance noise ordinance enforced by this court, but DT is the only municipality in all of Cape May County that has no noise ordinance of any kind. Therefore, no court remedy just wasted DT tax dollars.
