Ocean View - To the person complaining about the bay: You are right, something should be done. It is not right that people would be so careless, but you spouting about it instead of reporting it as it happens makes you just as wrong as the ones doing it. Maybe it could be patrolled more by police, but if you saw this happen and couldn't take the time to call the police, or didn't want to be bothered by reporting it, than you have no right to be upset about it now.
