Ocean View - People are complaining about Sea Isle Blvd. construction now? Wait until they start trucking in the nearly 7,000 truckloads of fill dirt to raise the roadway. Talk about a waste of money; a road that needs to be raised because of coastal storms and hurricanes, but wait, are not the barrier islands to be evacuated before the flooding starts? So, we have a $12 million road to an evacuated, desolate island. The current causeway and bridge were built just after the '62 storm and it seems like they've done quite well.
