The Ocean View toll plaza did not have a lane open for people wh

Ocean View - The Ocean View toll plaza did not have a lane open for people who pay cash during rush hour Tuesday morning, Oct. 29. This made people sit and wait for the toll booth to open. There was a line of us waiting. This is unacceptable, and not the first time this has happened. Someone should find out why this happens to motorists.
