Ocean View - As many people here in Cape May County are aware, there is an individual here in the county who has been subjected to unspeakable cruelty by the very people who are supposedly tasked with keeping the public safe. This person has been a victim now going on eight years, and there are an incredible amount of people who are aware of this outrageous, ongoing criminal endeavor. The 'good old boy' system here in Cape May County is alive and allowing this individual to endure this smear/terror campaign is wrong.
