A recent article stated a man from Seaville had a problem with his 911 call being transferred to Ocean View rather than Ocean City. A more likely case is he used a Seaville address substituted with Ocean View as the town. Ocean View does not have a dispatch center, so it would be impossible for the call to be transferred there. An unfortunate case no doubt.
