Ocean View - I work for a solar installation company. Our install rate on the mainland is phenomenal. I basically do not attempt to sell the the barrier island builders or residents, because they just are not interested. These are the residents who are going to see the windmills from their decks and oceanfront homes. These are the residents who power unoccupied homes most of the year. And complain about windmills.
