I fully support taking firearms away from convicted domestic abu

Ocean View - I fully support taking firearms away from convicted domestic abusers. What I don't support is an individual losing their Constitutional rights without due process. A protective order hearing is not the same as a full trial where a defendant has the opportunity to fight the charges.
