Ocean View - Attention NJ State Police, it would be beneficial to the entire population if when you pull someone over on a state highway that you not leave your search light pointed straight down the highway, you blinded everyone traveling south for absolutely no reason, if you "needed" the light it would have been pointed at your "target" not down the road, so please, a little common courtesy, thank you
