Ocean View - Anyone else see the 3 kids that routinely ride their bikes on rt 47/Rio Grande ave into Wildwood swerving in and out of the shoulder ? One likes to ride wheelies while in the center of traffic lanes, they terrorize motorists daily. It's a shame they have nothing better to do.
