With all of the "new normals" I propose to change the qualificat

Ocean View - With all of the "new normals" I propose to change the qualifications for an eligible voter to : anyone between the ages of 18 and 50 may only vote during years they are not collecting ANY monies from state or federal government. The fact that working people are fleeing from NY and CA but still leaving a majority of people who are ok with the "system" in place should be concerning to everyone that would rather work for a living. I also believe the government needs to change with the times, the internet wasn't around during the planning of this country, time to adjust.
