Voting, it is a national right for "documented" citizens, so, since everyone of the qualified voters already has a social security number, here's my idea . Everyone gets a $25 tax credit when they submit their vote, and, if it is found that someone's vote "shows up" and was actually fraudulent, then whoever submitted the vote is eligible for the death penalty .I believe this would curtail most unethical practices, before you rally against this idea I will tell you that if we don't return to a harder stance on this issue you will be subjecting your grandchildren to tyranny .
