Secretary Kristi Noem who is in charge of our nations internal security yet she cannot maintain the security of her pocket book which included her passport, Government ID, and badge. Maybe she was listening to a live USA military action on Telegram in a public restaurant distracting her; maybe not; but what is obvious that her level of incompetence is bewildering.
