Putin will continue to act like Trump is mitigating his expansionists goals to help convince the American People that the President Elect is a strong leader. This distraction will allow Trump to systematically peel away America’s Traditions of democracy and freedoms. Putin wins if America stops being the leader of the free world but instead falls down the rabbit hole of supporting another “two bit” wannabe dictator who wants to be a strong man; well played Mr. Putin.
